High blood pressure, Naturopathy & Yoga

It is predicted by 2025 that 1.56 billion people will suffer from high blood pressure. People suffering from high blood pressure are twice as likely to develop coronary artery disease, four times more likely to develop congestive heart failure and seven time more likely to have a stroke. Two therapies that can help assist in lowering high blood pressure include naturopathy and yoga. Recent research has found that people with high blood pressure who regularly see a naturopath and take regular yoga classes can not only reduce their blood pressure but come off their blood pressure medication.
